This is the opposite of the one-size fits all approach that might make recommendations that do not fit with your means or future plans.
This service focuses on your home. Our consultant is qualified to give retrofit advice and perform retrofit assessments on modern and traditional buildings.
We will assess your property using standard models to determine the condition of and the scope for improvements in flooring, walls, roofs, openings and the heating system.
Following the assessment visit we will provide you with an easy-to-understand report that spells out which steps are recommended to improve the energy efficiency of the home and the order in which they should be applied for maximum effect.
If requested, we can add an EPC to this service – valid for ten years from issue - for an additional fee of £20.
